    That's the normal case. A goal and an audience are enough — the pilot exists to turn that into 2–3 distinct product concepts you can choose from.

    What if it can't be manufactured?

    We review your brief before design work begins. If your project falls outside our current manufacturing capabilities, we tell you and issue a full refund.

    Is $495 the whole cost?

    It covers the pilot exactly as listed: directions, refinement, manufacturable design, renders, feasibility review, one physical prototype and delivery. Production is quoted separately — and the $495 is credited toward your first production order. For comparison, a traditional ceramic mold alone typically runs $2,000+ and 8–12 weeks before you have anything to hold; the pilot skips tooling entirely.
